Job Description:
Finance Executive
Candidate should possess A Graduate in any discipline
Strong knowledge of MS office
Strong Knowledge of MS Excel (Advance Level)
Basic accounting knowledge
Experience of 1-3 years
Follow up on payments
Payment reconciliation and confirmation update
Assist Credit Controller/Executive in collection of receivables by providing back office support by
generating statements, preparation of statements for companies as per their requirements
Attend client queries, prepare daily invoice reports and consolidated Report at the end of every month
Ensure Nil bad debts
Ensure proper monitoring and control of casual credit
Collect receivables and prepare statements on a regular basis
Ensure high level of customer relationship with all accounts
