Relationship Manager
Candidate should possess Graduate, Post Graduate would be an added advantage
Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Banking/Insurance Sales- Banca/ Relationship Management
Good Presentation & Communication skills
Good Interpersonal & Influencing Skills.
To consistently achieve the targets set for Point Of Sales (POS) vertical
To possess excellent communication skills for effective presentations in the induction sessions with
Corporate clients of bank partner
Interact regularly with the channel partner on a regular basis to ensure all requirements are met
and to maintain mind share.
Provide issuance support to channel partner by tracking policy issuance at every stage and
resolving the pending raised
Enable smooth information flow on business parameters
Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
Should follow all operational guidelines
Adhering to the Training Road Map
Providing Timely Reports to the supervisors as per the requirements.
