Job Description:
L1/internal IT Support
0-2 yrs years experience in system administration
Install and configure software and hardware
Troubleshoot OS & Application related issues
Experience with networks (LAN, WAN)
Experience in working on Ticketing system & good understanding on SLAs
Basic knowledge on Windows Server technologies
Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers,
switches, firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, smartphones,
software deployment, security updates and patches
Excellent communication skills
Perform network address assignment
Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues
Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and
settings of personal computers as well as printers
Proven experience as a System Administrator
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
