Sales Coordinator/ Back Office Coordinator
Facilitate team results.

Opportunities identified for other groups (Passed through SFA)

Follow up in new accounts.

Account Profiling /Mapping in SFA for the team.

Sending quotes on behalf of Account Manager.

Coordinating with OEM's and works on their portal to fill data or opportunities.

Customer/GH/Management escalations and feedback.

Payment reminders to customer for own business.

Arranging latest pricelist from distributors/local market/COS.

Coordinating with logistics for shipment/order status.

Filling OPF on behalf of account manager.

Follow-up with installation team.

Acknowledging to customers for all order received and update on shipment status.

Day scheduling for team members.

Keep a track of all pending OPFs /escalations.

Maintaining ISO related records or training details.

Candidate Profile:

Good communication.

Fresher can also apply
