Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Working in close coordination with the recruitment team to ensure smooth transition of offered candidates.
Candidate with Good communication skill and having basic knowledge over reporting/MIS.
Follow-up with all offered candidates in the markets to ensure they are on track.
Promote new insights about zensar to the offered candidate
Maintain records for the back-out candidates, if they can be rejoined in furture.
Arrange travel and guest house booking for new joiners
Update the team on daily and weekly basis on the potential joiners.
Preparing weekly report on all the offerd candidates.
Inform respective recruiters about the progress about offered candidates.
