An individual contributor with 4-6 yrs years of experience in domestic IT recruitment with sound
communication skills.
Candidate Profile
Experience in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and screening, scheduling
interviews and placing personnel in quick turnaround time.
Expert in searching/sourcing potential candidates from social networking sites like LinkedIn and
Google by using different search strings which suits the job profile.
An out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands-on execution abilities
to search for niche technical skills.
Professional, Adaptable and Resilient - able to take no for an answer yet still apply 100% effort
throughout the work day
Goal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful.
Conduct technical interviews to obtain candidate's IT skills. Use Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must be a self motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability
to effectively work with recruiters and all levels of management.
Strong knowledge in IT Technologies.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in Negotiations.
