Job Description:
Front Desk Executive
Administer all customer queries proficiently.
Ensure official phone calls are redirected as per requirement.
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Type memos, correspondence, reports and other related documents.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor
badges).
Provide a variety of complex and administrative support duties as and when required.
Skills:
Proven work experience in similar roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional personal presentation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize work.
