Job Description :
Role and responsibilities for Senior Software Engineers:
* Participation in requirement analysis
* Creating the requirement understanding document with system specification
* Coding in Java Technology.
* Helping junior developers/fresher”s and peers by providing technical guidance.
Role and responsibilities for Lead Engineers:
* Participation in requirement gathering, understanding the requirement
* Participation in the design phase including interactions with Technical Analysts and Architects
* Coding and Code reviews.
* Mentoring the Team members.
* Creating use case document.
* Creation of Knowledge repository for project.
Desired Profile:
SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS:
* 3 – 6 years of hands on experience in following technical skills
* Java, JSP/Servlets, Struts/Spring, Database (Oracle, SQL Server, MySql), Junit
* XML parsing and generation using SAX/DOM/JAXB
* Good understanding of OOPS concepts
* Have ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment, Self Starter,
* Self-Motivated & Quick Learner, has good analytical skills.
LEAD ENGINEERS:
* More than 6 years of hands on experience in following technical skills
* Java, JSP/Servlets, Struts/Spring, Database (Oracle, SQL Server, MySql), Junit
* XML parsing and generation using SAX/DOM/JAXB
* Good understanding of OOPS concepts
* Knowledge of publishing and consuming web services would be an added advantage.
* Should be willing to learn new technologies and domain areas.
* Senior level candidates should have project/team management experience.
