Software Engineer
Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognised university.
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics
Must have knowledge in designing, coding, unit testing and ensuring conformance to the team�s
development process and standards
Must participate in design and estimation discussions and help lead in task prioritization for team
Will be involved in Creation/involvement in documented designs following agreed to design patterns
and standards
Should work closely with SA/QE/Dev Lead to ensure requirements are well understood and clear to
handle
Should support team on day to day tasks to achieve business goals
Must be accountable for timely quality delivery of assigned team/modules
Should provide appropriate status updates on routine basis
Must adhere to coding standards
Must perform Coding and unit testing independently.
Should communicate effectively with other engineers/QE and onshore team
Must adhere to proper use of source control Ensure delivery of technical artifacts for each project
Must have strong Java programming (JDK1.8) experience
Should have thorough understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts
Must have hands on experience with Core Java/ J2ee (Spring, Hibernate, MVC)
Must have good working knowledge in SPRING Framework & Spring MVC
Should have hands on with any of the IDE (IntelliJ/Eclipse/RAD etc.)
Must have hands on with SQL queries and MySQL experience any RDBMS
Must have good working knowledge in SPRING Framework
Should possess sound knowledge of SDLC processes
Must have good Communication Skills
Should have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Must possess Good Attitude and Analytical Skills
