Associate/Senior Associate
Provide telephonic & email support to Tesco Store Personal, Head Office Officials on
property(stores)/equipment related issues
Interact with the contractors to have timely responses
Raising tickets for every job called through and assigning them to the relevant internal/external
team
International Voice process
Strong communication skills is must
Candidate Profile
Undergraduate with at least 6 months of International Voice experience
Graduate Freshers or experienced (max upto 2 years), interested for Voice process
BE freshers can also apply if interested for Voice process
