Technical Support Associate
Any other Graduate can also eligible if has done a computer course (Graduation is mandatory).
Good with English Communication Skills.
Basic knowledge in ISP (Internet Service Provider).
Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting.
Comfortable working in Australian shift (24�7 Shift).
For experienced candidates � Experience in Technical support will be considered.

Voice and Accent Round.
Versant.
Technical round.
Online Test.
