Recruitment Executive
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Must have good understanding of Technical recruitment - US Staffing
Must have good understanding of IT Skills.
Should have proven track record in W2 hiring.
Good interviewing skills of technical candidates.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate salaries and wages.
Ability to hire for different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent Placements.
Must have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC and Citizens.
Should have expertise in sourcing through various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder.
High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small
group of experienced team.
Must have Excellent Sourcing skills - Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social
Websites, Portals, etc.
Candidate should be flexible and willing to work in all the US time zones.
