Service Executive
Candidate should be BE/B Tech from a recognised university.
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
Must have GIS and ETAS
Must have knowledge on automation concepts
Must have knowledge on UAT and tools environment
Must have SDH/DWDM knowledge
Must have IP basics
Should have knowledge on Microsoft Office � Excel / PPT/Word/Outlook
Cramer � Layering � Should able to do bulk and single change management
BSS/OSS hands on like � M6/Cygnet/Spotlight/Viznet/BPM
Must have hands on for CBOSS/NetScope/Remedy and analytical skills
Must be able to release PE plans as per requirement
Should have EMS/NMS knowledge � Tejas/ECI/Alactel/Ciena/HuaWei/Cisco/Fibcom �
Clent and testing Presentations
Should maintain n/w and Cramer accuracy at physical and logical levels
Must change management as per PE and NCCM raised � Node change/Lambdas changes/ PBB
changes
Must prepare POA and create BW in n/w
Should coordinate for inventory management/PE execution/ POA preparation/ Follow up for
execution/ Proactive approach for order delivery
Must check and clear stuck orders and provide ETE solution for SD
Should analyze and able to do reconciliation for n/w and Cramer discrepancy with input from
different sources
3 Way reconciliation closer at all level
Must be involved in terminations and reconnections/Node bypassed/ Single ckt NCCM execution
Must change management in Cramer
Should have project execution � like SQM/TXE/MAN FP initiated
Must support in BOP functions for order deliveries and accuracy of IMS and closer
