Job Description:
Associate/Senior Associate
Need 3-5 years of experience in BPO / ITES background.
Candidates Must be good in Drafting E-mail.
Should be a Good Team player.
Excellent Communication Skills are required.
Troubleshoot and resolve queries of team members during operations.
Build a good rapport with the team members and motive them to perform up to the expectations of
the management.
Train the entire team and give individual attention to the team members as and when required.
Manage leave for the team with the help of Local Application Manager.
Ensure that his team members adhere to the SOP of every process 100%.
Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts.
Shift allowance will be provided.
Skills:
Excellent communication (written / oral) and interpersonal skills are essential.
Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) is highly preferred.
Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and should have the ability to learn
and perform in a fast paced environment.
Desire to achieve results, attention to details and willingness to face challenges with the positive
attitude.
Graduation is Must.
