Job Description:
Network Administrator
Experience providing Network Technical Support, Analysis and troubleshooting via Webchat or
Phone.
CCNA certification or CCNP certification required.
Cisco Wireless and Route/Switch certification desired.
Meraki CMNA certification desired.
Fortinet NSE certification desired.
One year of remote support or technical support experience with client contact.
Knowledge of Voice over IP (VOIP) phone support.
Knowledge of Microsoft O/S and PC hardware, Microsoft Printing, Active X controls, and Mobile
devices (Smartphones/iPads).
Candidate Profile
Any Graduates with relevant experience of 1-7 years in Networking Technical Support can apply.
Should have good communication & Comprehension skill.
Minimum 15 or 16yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 or 4years Graduation).
Willingness to work in any shifts (Including night shifts) can apply.
Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months will not be eligible to
apply again.
