Customer Service Executive
Leading team of CAC team members running operations 24*7 who are point of contact answering telephonic calls and Email based support for Syntel Customers/ projects on 24x7.
Good process knowledge (ITIL standards) and capable of managing team members, rostering shift schedule & coordinating between all Support Projects contacts & strict follow of processes.
Client coordination, SLA montoring of various client/project services.
MIS-Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly and Annual reports and its submission to concerned managers and Syntel Clients.
MS-office applications (Word, Excel,powerpoint).
Customer Service experience is must.
