Voice and Non Voice (email and Chat) Support
Involves handling Inbound Calls.
Involves resolving customer queries.
Involves updating customers on latest information on a Internet product or service.
Should be comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
Should have excellent English communication skills.
Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.
