Technical Support Engineer
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 3 years industry experience in monitoring, managing and troubleshoot the system and
application support on UNIX platform.
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Understanding of Systems (Linux, Solaris etc.), handling and troubleshooting
Excellent understanding of monitoring and remote tools. (Nagios, Feed checker etc.)
Good knowledge of scripting.
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Ability to promptly answer support related client emails, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Financial related applications support on UNIX and Scripting.
Ability to adapt to / learn the new Application environment.
