Technical Support Officer
Candidate should have a BE/B.Tech/ M.Tech / MCA/ MSC / Bsc / BCA
Min 6 months Service Desk experience
Provide L0/L1 support and willingness to learn other infrastructure technologies continuously with a
drive to exceed expectations.
Dealing with Incident Management tool via Call / eMails / web Tickets from users in line within
agreed SLA/OLAs
Receipt and recording all calls.
Handling business support requests and complaints
Initial Incident assessment for resolution or transfer to appropriate resolver group in line with
agreed SLA/OLAs
Keeping users informed on status and progress.
Incident / Query / Request resolution
Active monitoring of IT Infrastructure.
