Job Description:
Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional
Techno Functional with 3 to 5+ Years of experience in HCM Modules.
Good understanding and hands-on experience of the technical and functional flow across HCM
modules like Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Oracle Advance Benefits (OAB), and Oracle Time and
Labor (OTL).
Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications on HCM is desirable.
At least 2 full life cycle implementations experience in Upgrade / Implementation and support of
Oracle Applications (11i and R12).
Experience in HRMS setups like Payroll and element setup and writing fast formulas for payroll and
new elements
Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade experiences
FIN module knowledge is added advantage.
Great technical skills in creating packages / functions and Oracle workflows / alerts
Experience in reports building using Oracle technologies
Good to have specialized certificates like: HCM Fusion Implementation Certified Specialist and
Support Certified Specialist
Ability to tune the queries / reports for better performance
Ability to do Data Migration from / to legacy systems
Participate and contribute in design reviews and discussions
Prepare test scripts and test cases
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate requirements into design documents
Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other standard methodology
Ability to be a team player and also be an individual contributor
Strong customer handling skills
Ability to lead team members by example
Experience with Onshore / Offshore Model
Flexible to travel
