Application Engineer
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech from any recognized university
Provide production support for PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion HR applications to include application support, maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience in troubleshooting application issues
Respond to issues with highest level of support coupled with solid understanding
of application support process
Work in conjunction with various internal teams and the external service providers
to ensure effective functioning of HR applications
Provide Support Services that include functional consulting, problem analysis,
testing and solutioning
Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with business functional users to comprehend business requirements for system modifications and development
