Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:
DTE � Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level)
1.44 Lakh pa (accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon.
Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy)
6 Weeks training program (Classroom + OJT)
GTE � Graduate Trainee Engineer (M3 level)
1.8 Lakh pa (accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon.

Selection process:
Academic criteria screening � First Class (60% ) throughout (10th, 12th, Diploma aggregate,

Domain specific Technical test in alignment with Business teams � Engineering domain specific tests
(Electrical)
Domain specific Technical Interview & HR interview � OMS panellist (Electrical), GLD, Talent
Acquisition panellist
Pre employment medical test
TCT � Tower Climbing Test
