Job Description:
Business Development Executive/Software Developer
1. Business Development Executive
Have knowledge/interest in General Management with special interest in marketing.
Involve in Market Research, Lead Identification and Prospecting of leads.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Assist in Promotional, Lead generation and Opportunity Management activities
Job involves inbound as well outbound calling as well as customer handling in person
Job does not involve much travelling & is purely a day shift job development skills
Candidate Description
Ability to make positive impact on every interaction
Young, Dynamic, Enthusiastic in Client Interaction
Candidates with sales experience/outbound inbound calling/customer care/telemarketing
experience are desirable
Loves working in growth stage start-up
Should have strong presentation skills
Excellent in writing and speaking English & any 1 vernacular language
Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
2. Software Developer
An opportunity to set your career in software development
Designing, Coding and debugging applications in various software
Must be a team player, posses a good attitude and be a self - disciplined
18 months service level agreement is applicable ( certificates submission exempted)
Should be willing to travel onsite at company�s cost
Candidate Profile
Candidate should have good analytical, logical & communication skills.
Good debugging skills and solid work ethic
Candidate should have an aggregate of 70 % and above can apply.
