- To keep updated record of all the daily calls received in customer support help desk in spectra CRM
Informing TL if need be to visit clientsite.
Desired Profile :
1.Knowledge of SQL server
2.Good written and verbal ENGLISH
3.Ready to take charge of other related activities as and when required
4. Interpersonal skills required
