At least 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trend.
Good hands working on US TAX Terms- W2, C2C and 1099 and Visa Status.
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE) and Social networking sites.
Proven history of achieving targets.
Very Strong communication and inter personal skills.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
