Integrated Access Network Engineer
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech in any discipline
Analyse customer complains & take necessary actions to resolve.
Provide Feedback for site planning, in-building solutions planning & optimization
Proposing small cells requirement, coordinating their deployment, & coverage verification
Periodical Drive/walk test of Macro site, small cell & WiFi eNodeB, small cell & WiFi Network
Operations & maintenance
Carrying out physical antenna changes on site as per recommendation by circle HQ/NPO team at NHQ
Preventive and corrective maintenance of sites to ensure the high network availability
Co-ordination with state RF team for RF planning/ optimization/ small cell/ WiFi /FTTX related activities
Ability to work under aggressive timelines and pressure. Be a team player.
