Job Description:
Junior FMS Engineer
Ensuring that all PCs have required patches updated,
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Provide desktop and Laptop support
Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
Install authorised software to laptops and desktops
Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
Completing internal user moves
Providing support for MAC and PC
Installing specific soft wares, authorized by the company
Providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations
Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager (Ex: PC refreshment,
OS Up gradation, Software Up gradation, etc.)
Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager
