Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Team Handling
Managing agents and ensuring sales.
Making agents Sales Report.
Responsible for maintaining agent's call quality.
Keep a check on Team attrition, Shrinkage.
Motivating team members.
Keeping track of agent's Login Hours/ Dialer Hours.
Should have experience in Outbound Sales process.
Must have on papers team handling experience.
Good in sales.
Can manage a team of 7-15 Associates.
