Job Description:
Fraud Analyst
Resource will be required to handle Customer queries & dispute.
Also address Customer concerns and requests if any.
Monitor real time queues/transactions & identify high risk transactions (Red flags).
Determine patterns of fraud & historical trends.
Flag the suspicious account & reporting on a timely and accurate manner to Process Supervisor /
Team lead.
Keep information confidential.
Follow required procedure & guidelines.
Candidate Profile
In order to be considered for the role the ideal candidate would have:
Typing Speed and accuracy (as per BPAT).
Analytical skills.
Quick Learning Ability.
Attention to detail.
Multi tasking skills.
Communication: should be able to Comprehend & Articulate (Both in English & Hindi).
Eligibility Details:
Education - Graduates (B COM/BBA/BA/B.SC) - Result awaited Can also Apply.
No result awaited or B.E or B.Tech or MCA or MBA.
For freshers, gap in the Education Qualification should not be more than 1 year.
For experienced, gap in employment should not be more than 1 year.
Experience - 0 to 1 years.
Comfortable with 24*7 shift timings.
Should be flexible to work in Voice process.
Should be comfortable with the cross trainings of every Line of Business.
