Job Description:
Client Service Executive
Communicate with the US clients on a regular basis.
Co-ordinate with internal teams in India to resolve day-to-day issues of the clients.
Manage and own executive reporting for clients.
Should be able work in high pressure situations.
Should be able to maintain and meet the deadlines given by clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
Should be ready to work in night shifts.
Need to come in person for interviews.
