Software Testing Engineer
Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
As developer who has seen the light and decided that testing is really where it starts, not where it
ends and is just as cool to be in!
Must have technical support or call centre analyst who would like to become an expert Tester.
Must have motivation to be the best
Must have aptitude and attitude that would stand you out from the rest of the pack
Must have professional presentation and interpersonal skills
Should have strong verbal and written communication skills to support your professionalism
Must have an eye for detail and a logical approach to problem solving
Must be a effective team player.
Must have good problem solving, analytical and debugging skills.
Should be self-motivated, independent and proactive.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Should have experience with SW quality testing, regression.
Must have good understanding and understanding of test life cycle (TLC).
Should have strong skills in test automation tools and frameworks
