Marketing Lead/Growth Hacker
Create, plan and manage our entire marketing strategy. Collaborate with the design team and the
founding team to help do so.
Project management including budgeting
Execute all of our marketing efforts which will/might include content creation,
content distribution, managing
social media accounts, creating newsletters, creating ads, interacting with our community, host
competitions, create events, establish and maintain partnerships etc.
Analyze and draw insights from our marketing efforts
Identify and follow up on leads
Passion for being out in the field with those we are trying to reach
Assist in building a brand voice and personality
Work with the product development team as you have a close relationship with our users
Essential Skills:
Ability to develop strong contacts
Outside-the-box creativity
Communication and leadership
Experience in print, online, social media, TV, radio, podcast, and guerilla marketing practices
Proven time management and project management abilities
