Associate Technical Support Engineer
Assisting customers and field staff with the configuration, administration, and general functionality
of Windchill web application solutions.
Developing expert communication skills and a technical understanding of Windows and UNIX
Operating Systems, as well as Internet technologies such as Web Servers, Servlet Engines,
Directory Services, etc.
Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, and troubleshooting technical problems, and
tracking the resolution of those problems with other PTC departments as well as with the customer.
