Willingness to work in shifts (rotational shift) Knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows/Networking Preferable but not compulsory. Outside Kerala College students are also eligible Freshers : Aggregate 60% for 10th, Plus Two, 65% for Btech (64.99% not applicable) Experienced : Aggregate 60% throughout 10th, Plus Two and Btech (59.99% not applicable) No current arrears Salary: FRESHERS: CTC - 2.05L per annum (around 13K per month) EXPERIENCED: CTC - Starting from 2.56 L per annum. Selection Process: Fresher’s : Written test - (Aptitude / Linux/ Windows/ C / General Technical Awareness, Communication / written essay) followed by GD / Technical and HR interviews for the selected candidates. Experienced candidates: Written essay test for 30 minutes followed by GD / Technical and HR interview rounds for the selected candidates. Service Conditions: Probation Period and Service agreement for 6 months. Shift working is compulsory and 6 day work week. Submission of certificate originals at the time of joining.
