Job Description:
Java Programmer
Participate in the development effort of the stories planned for the iteration and follow the best
practices identified viz. Coding, Unit Testing,
Code Reviews, Build & Release and Bug fixing
Responsible for adhering to defined processes & timelines
Responsible to help remove any technical roadblocks & aid in ensuring implementation continuity
during the iteration
Provide technical guidance to the QA team to design and implement QA test strategies and guide
new developers/team members
Perform code review for assigned reviews for the assigned code reviews
Responsible for interacting with the Business Users to understand the requirements and identify the
relevant use cases
Experience: 3 years of experience in Development
Required Skills:
OOPS/OOAD
Core Java
UML
Spring Framework
Hibernate, SQL, XML, Junit, Web Services (SOAP and RestFul), Tomcat
Desired Skills:
Very good in OOPS, Fundamentals, Core Java
Willingness to learn and explore new technologies PMP certification desirable
Team Player
Develop POCs
Dev. Ops; CICD -- Maven/ Ant scripts/ Jenkins/
