Job Description:
Lead Software Engineer
Candidate should possess BE/BTech in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum experience of 4-7 years as a Software Engineer or similar positions and preferentially
having worked in Software Design, Analysis and Testing.
Demonstrated experience in n-tier development. Good knowledge of Software Engineering
processes, methodologies and tools (UML, IDEs, CVS);
Good understanding of BPM, SOA, Web 2.0, SaaS and Cloud computing paradigms.
Should be strong in Core Java
Good hands on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; XML, JSON, SOAP, WSDL and other web services.
Knowledge of Oracle Java technologies Java : JSP, Servlet, JSF J2EE, JMS, Struts, Spring
Framework, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, and other Java related technologies)
Mobile technology and/or mobile development background
Demonstrated abilities to design and architect solutions that meet customer needs
Should have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
