Application Support Executive
Should be well versed with Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Skills in Software
Should have basic Knowledge of Networking and Client-Server architecture
Should have basic knowledge of SQL, ORACLE, OS and Application Server
Should have good experience in Application Support, Installation, Software Installation, Patch
management
Should have experience in the implementation of software solutions based on ERP, CRM, workflow
and DMS product
Application/Web Server Knowledge is must
Thorough knowledge of OS and database is required
Should have good presentation & report generation skills
Should have good interpersonal, communication skills
