Job Description
Consultant
Framing of HR Policy and preparation of Service rules, rules relating to allowances and other
benefits like Leave rules, TA rules. Assessment of Training needs and devising Training programmes.
Personnel skill development and performance appraisal ensuring optimum skill development of
employees and achieve organizational goals with efficiency. Building optimum employee satisfaction
and job efficiency.
Assist NMCG in execution of contractual appointments through appointed HR agency.
Other HR related responsibilities as assigned by NMCG.
Candidate Profile
A minimum experience of 6 years in the field required of Human Resources mainly recruitment of
various categories of employees with reputed organizations. Experience under Government/semi-
Govt./ International Development bodies/World Bank etc. would be preferred.
Engagement purely at discretion of NMCG.
For a period of minimum six months or till completion of assigned task or as decided by NMCG.
Extension oftenure by mutual agreement.
Remuneration commensurate with experience, last compensation drawn, task assigned and
urgency involved.
Remuneration to be paid at the end of task or on a monthly basis till completion as mutually agreed.
