Job Description:
Technical Support Engineer
Should be a Graduate / Dip / BE. Should have around 1-3 Years of IT Exposure.
Should be Microsoft Certified Engineer.
ITIL Certified (Foundation)
Should have experience in administering the Desktop, Laptops, Servers, Backup & Peripherals.
Should be able to troubleshoot on Applications, Operating System etc.
Should have relevant experience in installation and support of Windows 7/10 and/or Mac OS etc.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office 2007/10/13/16 with Outlook in an Exchange/O365
environment.
Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, WINS, DNS, DHCP, Windows Terminal
Server, TCP/IP Networking knowledge, Exchange/O365 etc.
Knowledge of Network Infrastructure - Hardware, Software, Ethernet Cabling, Ports, IP addresses,
NAT boxes.
Knowledge of Imaging - Ghost or equivalent.
Soft skills:
Should have strong / excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with
users at all levels in an organization.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Manage time and effort effectively.
Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Proactive thinking.
Be able to communicate complex technological issues and solutions to coworkers and to upper
management.
Have a strong sense of customer service.
Should also be flexible for long working hours.
