Associate/Senior Associate
The agent should have good customer service skill with neutral accent, should have knowledge
of basic troubleshooting.
The agent needs to meet the SLAs specified by the client by exceeding the client and corporate
expectation on service, quality and cost.
This needs to be followed with delighting their customers and work in conjunction with global BPO
delivery center.
Skills:
Freshers or 1 year experience in any voice /blended support.
Good communication Verbal and written.
Undergrads with 1 year of experience can also apply.
