Associate - Warehouse Operations
To manage one shift operations in Warehouse.
Plan & utilization for resources (manpower & material) to required output.
Motivate & encourage team work within work force to ensure targets are met.
Ensuring Quality & productivity objectives are met.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Degree completed (BE or MBA)
Role Type: Full time (Should be willing to work in shifts)
In this role, the candidate will be given a team of 20-30 employees to manage and will be
responsible for the key metrics and output in his/her shift in the warehouse.
Candidate should be analytically strong, result oriented and willing to work in shifts
