Job Description:
Service Desk
Logging user complaints received through phone, email, and web.
Allocating calls to onsite/ field service engineers.
Assigning severity level to each call as per the predefined definitions.
Call tracking and closing.
Prioritize & resolve the incident as per the defined matrix.
Monitor the Service Desk tool for open, and pending incidents.
Update incident status to users periodically & as per the communication standards as and when the
status changes.
Co-ordinate with Vendors and carry out escalation when appropriate.
Vendors coordination and Vendors Performance Reports as per schedule.
Escalation of calls to various levels based on SLA.
Identification and resolution of chronic calls and problem.
Co-ordination with HMCL for technical problems logged at the Service Desk.
Report generation and analysis.
Services will be delivered in adherence to HMCLs process framework for service delivery.
Licenses Management for all the in scope users / assets / Vendors.
