Job Description:
Audit Manager
Candidate should have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in auditing/ consulting services,
Big 4 or strong industry (healthcare) experience.
CA is mandatory As this role involves heavy interaction with global stakeholders including CxOs level
and regional CEOs, strong communication skills (both verbal & written) are non-negotiable.
Technically, solid knowledge in: COSO framework, internal controls, internal auditing standards, US
GAAP, IFRS and FCPA requirements is required along with strong IT skills.
Additionally this candidate should be highly motivated , self driven individual who can deal with
ambiguity and is comfortable in taking decisions.
A strong team player attitude is crucial.
Travel requirements are skewed and candidate must be able to travel about 70% of the time.
Candidate will be in the country between projects and between December and March, travel is almost nil.
