Job Description:
Aerospace Technical Publication Freshers
The Trainee Technical Author will be accountable for developing knowledge and capability to be
able to author tasks; meet production schedules and ensure that the quality of authored tasks
meets the set specification and standards.
Assessment Structure:
Test Pattern: Test on English Grammar, Logical Reasoning, Engineering Basics, Engineering Drawings
Interviews: for candidates who clear the test
Candidate Profile
Basic knowledge and understanding of Aircraft, Gas Turbine engines, systems and exposure to core
engine parts
Basic knowledge to read and interpret the Engineering drawings/Blueprints
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be familiar with email and internet communications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable with a proactive approach to work
Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
Preferable to have experience on maintenance of Aircraft and Engines
Employment Mode: Apprenticeship (Conversion to full time rolls after 1 year based on performance)
Salary: 11K-14K Stipend for the first year (2.7 LPA on conversion to full time rolls after one year)
