System Analyst
Candidates should possess any degree
Hands on Production support experience with tech skills of Oracle and Unix.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Application support in a distributed, service based
enterprise environment for Investment Banking
Experience of working 24x7 support projects.(including night shift) SLA Management
Experience in handling Autosys jobs
Must be familiar with development tools such as Eclipse and SVN, deployment to production
Ability to research and troubleshoot application problems
Highly motivated team player and always eager to learn new technologies
Experience in handling customer expectations on production support projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
