The selection process is based on Endurance Test, Physical Standard Test and Written
Examination.
Endurance Test:
For Direct candidates:
Run � 2 Km (10 Minutes)
Long Jump � 3.80Mtrs (In 3 chance only) Or
High Jump � 1.20Mtrs (In 3 chance only)
Shotput(7.26 Kg) � 5.60 Mtrs (In 3 chance only)
For Ex-servicemen:
400 Mtrs Run � 2 Minutes
Long Jump � 2.50 Mtrs (In 3 chance only) Or
High Jump � 0.90 Mtrs (In 3 chance only)
Shotput ( 4 Kg) � 3.75 Mtrs (In 3 chance only)
