Configured CRM Master Data (BP, BA, Products, Organizational Model, and Ibase).
Configuration of CRM Interaction Centre Web Client.
Creation of Master Data Template for replication of objects between CRM & ISU.
ISU Master Data configuration for corresponding to CRM objects.
Monitoring the middleware queues.
End to End Process flow execution from CRM to ISU & ECC.
