Food arrangement during client visit/Hiring drive
Printing stationery Visiting Card/Letter Head.
Housekeeping & Security
MIS
In-house event
Billing
Travel Desk Coordinator:
The travel request has approval from the authorized person.
Following up with authored person to approve in case the approval is missing.
Make sure travel request form is duly filled by the requester
Filling up the travel request form if requester has reservations or busy
The request is as per the policy, if not then notify the requester about such discrepancy.
