Job Description
Junior Java (Embedded) Software Development Engineer
Estimate and plan for the tasks and User Stories that need to be achieved.
Write technical specification from the functional specification.
Implement and maintain software components.
Write technical documentation for these software components.
Unit-test components development.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/ME/MCA from any rescognized university.
Experience in programming in Java User Interface in embedded systems.
Knowledge of embedded Java/J2ME.
Experience in development with AWT and/or HAVi Java Graphical APIs (desirable)
Experience with developing software within the area of Digital TV and embedded systems
(desirable)
Knowledge of Java-TV ad JMF APIs (a plus).
Good understanding of the development processes, source control, build and integration
mechanisms.
Team worker, strong communication skills and a pro-active learner.
