IT Recruiter
You will be responsible for end to end process of recruitment with our clients.
Min 1 - 2 years of exp working in end to end recruitment.
Atleast 1 year experience in recruitment.
Good Communication skill.
Should manage End to End Recruitment.
Experience in Technical screening.
Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process. Database
and knowledge of IT industry.
Doing the recruitment process, calling the candidates , scheduling the interview , job posting,
maintaining reports, Stakeholder follow up to achieve the target assigned within agreed quality &
timelines.
Screen candidates resumes and job application.and maintain the data base.
Need to do Sourcing, Job Posting, Head-Hunting, Reference Generation, Offer generations and
Follow-ups with candidates and business internally.
